Beautiful hotel, I appreciated delicious breakfast!

The location of the hotel was great and stunning, close to everything downtown. Having a microwave, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making equipment in my big and unique room was really great. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Potsdam.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is perfect for exploring town. Everything is within walking distance. One standout service was when a staff member not only returned my credit card but also mailed it back to me. Very excellent!

I adored my stay! The room was spacious, clean, and filled with period furniture that gave it a cozy, vintage vibe. Plus, the location couldn't be better-you're just a short walk from good dining options and a picturesque park right behind the hotel!

The location is perfect, close to shops and eateries. The staff provided excellent service and were accommodating. Breakfast was ready early and offered a decent selection. A great experience 😊
